Worst n Completely dis-connected customer service

I bought a new 3G Wifi data card and cancelled by old dongle. I got 3 calls asking why I wanted to cancel the old one and I could give it to my relatives/use it while travelling. I said NO, 1 is enough for me. In the 4th call a stupid service girl cancelled my cancellation and I got a bill for the next month while I didn’t use it at all. When I called up to sort it, they are telling I cancelled the cancellation. Only god knows why my old connection is still not cancelled.


Now the new so called latest 3G Max Wi-Fi. The 2G connection was far better than this. It looses network so very frequently especially when I need it the most. I called up again to lodge a complaint. They have raised an SR. I get 5 messages daily stating "We tried reaching you @#$%^ call back" while I got no calls. when I called back they have no idea wat the issue is. They told they ll arrange a call back at a convenient time. Which they didn’t. Then again 5 messages daily. Then the same thing again.


Please avoid Tata docomo 3G Wifi.
