Fantastic service - 5 Stars:) After having burnt my pocket and productivity loss with BSNL, Tikona and Idea for many, many years and at the verge of going into depression because the quality of service of the above mentioned, I finally tried to try my luck with Tata Photon WiFi at recommendation of office colleagues and other friends. It has been almost a year now I am using Tata Photon.
They deliver 100% what they promise. I never even once did need to call customer care except to top-up my data limit. Even if I exhaust the limit, I am still able to work, never had to lose a work day because of bad service or no service. I accidentally touched MouthShut to check for review of You Telecom(because they are promising speed of 100 Mbps and data limit of 60 GB at very cheap price), which unfortunately has almost 90% bad reviews. So I have decided to stick to Tata Photon. Sorry, but thank you You Telecom. I will think of turning to Reliance Jio 4G whenever it launches, but not before confirming about its quality of service 10 times and requesting friends’ opinions and reviews on MouthShut.
