Recently I have VERY VERY VERY BAD Experience with TATA DOCOMO. I had purchased 3G Photon+ Estick. I had used in around 1.5 years. Now I got wired connection at my home and no need to keep 2 internet connection for one PC. So I thought to return the estick.
I know the policy that if you buy any plan and you didnt complete that time period, you have to PAY 1650/- for TATA DOCOMO estick. So I have called the customer service at the same date when my plan was over. Customer representative told that to cancel service, it will take 7 days process and you have to pay for 7 days as per your bill plan. after 7 days your TATA DOCOMO e stick will permanently disconnected.
Not as a customer you think is it reasonable? So please it is my HUMBLE REQUEST not to buy TATA DOCOMO products even in DREAM.
