They have that "customer first" attitude and I think every Indian company should take classes from them on how to deal with customers.
Pros: Great service, Polite customer service, Fast response time, Cheap data plans.
Cons: I’ve had issue with Max where sometimes it disconnects(but it only happens now and then), 3G device(not the wifi one) is BEST imho, It gives super fast speed and I never had issue with it.
I just bought new sim card from them which claims 21.1 MBPS download speed. I inserted it in my device that can support upto 21.1 mbps, I headed to speedtest to test my speed and to my surprise it doesn’t give you anything close to 21.1 mbps. I was getting less than 1 mbps.
I think they need to work on fixing it, I looked up online and it seems like that’s an average download speed for majority of the customers so why are they claiming something that they aren’t providing? It seems like they’re just fooling customers.
