Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service.worse than you can imagine from any telco in India. Don’t fall for their false marketing claims

1. I bought a wifi device from Tata Docomo eShop(order no. EC0110042018) on 16-Oct and made the upfront payment. They claim to do doorstep activation however its been a week and activation hasn’t been done.

2. There has been no communication at all about the delay.When I call their call centre there are a bunch of laggards who simply show their helplessness saying that they have escalated to the concerned department and you would receive a call which never happens.

3. When you ask for any tracking/reference number they don’t have any provision to generate one. Each time you call you have to repeat the whole complaint again and there is no history maintained in their call centre of previous conversation.

4. Their executive who collected and verified all the documents from my premises didn’t even asked me to fill out application form and told me that he would fill it on my behalf later on and this is their usual practice(fail to understand how they can do it without forging the signatures)

5. I have called up at least 6 times in last few days and nothing has been done about it. Even wrote in their grievance section on their site still no response.

6. Finally when I ask them to reimburse the device cost they refuse that there is no provision for that which doesn’t make any sense. Guess they won’t relent until you serve the legal notice to them
