Tata group is one of the main industries in india. But the environment in the company is not good.
I have worked here for the few time. The behaviour of the seniors towards the jouniors is not good. They transfer thier work to thier juniors. The career growth in the company is very less. I had not seen anyone getting promotion in the company due to I had to quit the job.
The salary and the perks offered to employees is very much low. the customer service is also very bad. Overall it is not a nice place to work.
I am giving two out of the five stars to it.
