Unfortunately TATA customer service sucks. And its not only at the dealer (Durga Motors) level. Its across the TATA reporting chain.
I had opted for extended warranty which was paid before the initial warranty expired. A receipt was also issued by the Durga motors. 6 months after that, when I went for scheduled service they tell me they are refunding the amount as they did not log the extended warranty on time. In fact I was told this only after I demanded documentation for the extended warranty.
I am being shunted from one person to another with no resolution. Now my calls are not even being answered.
