We purchased TATA HARRIER TN02BS7911 on 28.08.2023 by paying full amount and they commited that delivery will be before 3.00PM but it was after 7.15PM. The didn’t give time to check the complete vehicle and delivery boy reuested to take delivery by saying unmatched reason. At last we accpted and took delivery and after 3 days vehicle faced Engine overheating complaint. when we called customer care 7277277275 which is not working. So we raised complaint and ticket number given. But nobody called for next 48 hours and vehicle was off road. Hence we serviced the vehicle with TATA service centre. Again we demanded for payment reciept by raising ticket on 12.09 with the help of SPINNY APP and till date nobody called us for further support. Meanwhile we visited SPINNY CHENNAI office 02 times and they have promissed to privide within 24 hours which is failed. We never seen this much wors company in our life. If we are facing in future we will cancel our upcoming 03 vehicle proposal with SPINNY.
