As TATA is very popular and trusted brand, and this car is economically efficient that’s why we chose this car over others.
We have a Tata Indica V2 Turbo DLX(topend) 2007 model. I live in Mumbai.I’m not satisfied with this car.
When I was buying this car I was having requirements such as need a car for 4 to travel comfortably(for my full family), it should cost me less(as in per litter cost), maintenance cost should be affordable and there should be enough service center so that if I get any problem my problem should be resolve as soon as possible.
I drive mostly within the city limits.I get 13-14 kmpl.When I travel on highways, usually I get 18-19 kmpl and sometimes little bit more than this.
In economy aspect the car is very good, but there are many factors that we have faced, like clutch plate gone in just 6months, Two front tyres gone as in they skits many times, dicki arm is not working properly, Electric wire are also short.
Cabin noise started off in the car just 3-4 months after purchase.We don’t know what makes that noise.
We went to TATA service center but they even don’t solve the problem.
Initially the car was very efficient but now days we have to spend too much on maintenance of this car.
In conclusion, I can say it is the worst car except that the leg room is very good, air conditioning is good.
Our car is going toward bad and worst conditions now.
