I request all who are intrested in buying tatas car. Still tatas has to learn a lot from other internationl car companies regarding finishing of the product.
There workshop is hell.
1) they theft my new car side scratch patch provided in the doors.
2) my car engine was repalced (short block assembly ) in the warrenty period.
3) my tyre was repaced with rough tyres during that worshop maintenance.
4) ignition dynamo was changed and I have paid extra money though it was the inherent fault of the dynamo itself.
5) if you will go for a normal servicing thinking that it will be over in Rs. 1000 /- it will never. At least you have to pay Rs. 2000 very time.
One more thing.
6) They also theft my Gear leaver leather cover when the car was in workshop for engine replacement and damn. They even theft the letter A of TATA from the back side.
7) Due to their poor workmanship I have replaced my Battery though the problem was in a loose nut which was ultimately rectified by the unauthorised Garage wala but now I am happy because now its not a TATA car. Now its my own "TAT" car.
