I purchased Indica V2 Petrol in Aug’2002. Today it gives me average of 12-14kms.
Tata motors are sometimes co-operative in providing service to customers.
Service centre - Han Motors, Jogeshwari.
Initially I have received good service 2 times. The teflon coating and Dinitrol coating was done from Han Motors, so they have given good service for one complete year. But HAN is really reluctant in providing the best customer service. They never responded to my complaint for getting the Extended warranty.
One of the Problem came with the AC not working, but with the help of Mr. Gurmit Pal singh from Tata Motors, AC condensor Fan was replaced..
The new Problem of Fuel Guage is still not rectified, even after the vehicle was attended 4 times at HAN motors and one time at Om-sai, kandivli.
The technical explanation for improper fuel guage indicator is still not satisfied, but according to Gurmit singh this is due to float type battery operated mechanism.
Again in less than 6 months, the AC Blower motor has stopped working. Tata Motors has provided replacement from BEHR, even the vehicle warranty was over, but the parts replaced warranty is always extended for 6 months.
I would appreciate if any one can let me know as how does the fuel indicator works for the Tata Indica-Petrol.
Drawbacks with spares used in Indica: Complete AC unit is supplied by BEHR, which goes bad frequently. This is not easily available with Tata motors.
