Well , I am a sort of proud owner of TATA Indica V2 Petrol and feel myself in the rare club (havent seen many Indica Petrol around - even the petrol pump guys doubly check with me - Sir Petrol hai naa???).
Positives - The car is a proven rugged and can take up the rough with the smooth. Extremely powerful and very easy to manoeuver. Step on the pedal and you feel the difference!!!! Extremely comfortable on high speed and great responsiveness. Due to its structure (flat) and weight, the car feels very stable even when you feel like going for that extra. Interiors - Spacious. Can easily accomodate 3 people at the back leaving with ample leg and head space for all the five.
Negatives - Fuel efficiency - As Spidermans uncle said "With great power, comes great responsibility", w.r.t. Indica Petrol "With great power, comes low fuel effeciency". The fuel effeciency of this beast is a tad lower than its peers and thats the only negative out here. Other negatives include, not so plush interiors as compared to Santro and finishing is a bit poor. Theres no provision for fitting in your speakers so you may have to shell out some extra bucks to get it done.
Neutral - Engine performance - As good or bad as its peers. Last 2 years I hadnt had a single instance of any engine problems (Touch wood!!!!!!). However you may sometime feel the vibes of a car manufactured by the pioneers in truck manufacturing....
Overall, its a great car to own..........you will feel like going on and on and on with it. No stopping there!!!!!!!
