I returned from Saudi Arabia, and was looking for a car easy to drive, easy to maneuver in Hyderabad traffic, easy to park, good power, and spacious.
I went around, drove wagon-R, liked it.Santro never appealed (firstly its a toy car, secondly Hyundi not a great name outside India).But when I test drove Indica it changed everything.Having driven big cars in Saudi Arabia, Indica reminded me of them.Spacious, powerful, sterdy and stable.I dont drive long distances hence fuel efficiency was not my agenda, but still its giving me 12 to 13 in city which is good enough.
I was disappointed with the Dealer Malik Cars.Once for a small problem in the silencer, when I contacted the showroom owner Mr.Rajiv Malik, he snubbed me by saying.."what do you expect from a 3.5 Lakh car?"...I was shocked.He is a major dealer of Tata motors in Hyderabad.He is selling one of the most satisfying cars in the market and has this kind of thoughts about it!!!
I thought of lodging a complaint to TATA motors, but I know in India these things dont work.
Anyways Tata Indiaca petrol is a great car.Just avoid Rajiv Malik.
