Pls help me in buying Indica Turbo at right price

I wish to buy a Used Indica Turbo. I have seen a well maintained car which has run about 33000 kms in Thane. The car is a Jan 2006 DLG model. The owner is quoting Rs.2.40 Lacs. It is not a dealer car. The car has been owner driven carefully and seems to be regularly maintained at an authorised TATA workshop.

I would like to know the following from Indica Turbo owners.

At how many kms will I have to change the following and what would be the cost of replacement.

1) Tyres ?

2) Clutch replacement and how much will it cost me at an authorised workshop?

3) Replacement of the shock absorbers and suspension ?

4) Engine overhauling

5) Any other expense since the car has already run for 33000 kms ?

I have also heard from people that Indicas are prone to regular break downs after the car crosses about 40, 000 kms even while the car is in motion. Similarly the Airconditioner also creates some major problems and therefore many Indica owners prefer to switch off the AC on long runs. I have these doubts since I have never used a diesel vehicle before.

I intend to drive the car for about 8000 kms in a year and use it for another 4 years or upto 60, 000 kms. I donot mind small flaws in a car but I dread being stuck-up on the road. Also I dont want to end up spending more on maintaining the car than on my fuel bilss. Considering that I have to pay Rs 2.40 lacs for a car which has run 33000 kms, is it worth going for it ? What is the most appropriate price at which I should buy this car

I request all proud owners of the Turbo to guide me on these issues.*
