I’m a tata xeta 08 model owner, its metallic silver in color.
Till now indica petrol xeta engine has not come up with any engine troubles, 5 member family car,
legs space is more than enough compared to swift, santro, estilo, alto, I 10, air condition is powerful than any other car in this segment. Dicky space is just ok for a family car, can place a huge stroll only, no other car in this segment can serve more.
Only suggestion for a car buyer is that if you are going to use your car sparingly then xeta is best..and if you have to use your car minimum 2 times a week, go for the diesel version as petrol price is higher than diesel and xeta only have 11 to 14 km/ltr mileage with out ac, diesel have 20 - 24 km/lr mileage. Full option xeta will e around 1 lakh less than full option swift. So for a less user you can use that 1 lakh for filling petrol for another 2 years. Please choose a better dealer and service .
Design wise most indica have scratch marks on the corner of front bumper. On rainy days the head light looks like the car cried. Better control, and this is not a racing car. Public will not suggest not to buy indica. Fools always go behind sparkle not gold. As more taxis are with indica, it gave a feel of taxi cab so don’t go for white color.
There’s a strong reason why taxi guys using indica but diesel.
