Poor service backup and worst is the reliability

I have purchased a Tata Indica Xeta in the year 2007 . Since then only after completing my free services the first thing I did was to switch over to a road side workshop so that I can get the quality service. In authorized dealers the level of service provided is worst and it only adds to the deterioration of your car.

Within this period of two years my car A/C broke down thrice. Simply non reliability is the word I can say .I have already filed a consumer forum case against one of the dealer who caused dents and scratches on my car when I went for the service in the workshop.

Apart from that on the very first service another Tata’s authorized dealer gave me a bill of 1100 rupees extra for adding some useless additives to the engine and gearbox. If these additives are required to be added above the lubricants already needed to be changed during regular service then why Tata is not recommending quality lubricants to their cars?

Even when I asked the dealer personnel not to put any additive he still gave me an extra bill of 165 rupees when my car has only run for 1500 KMs for catalytic convector cleaning. Its a simple joke that a car requires catalytic covertor to be cleaned at mere 1500 KMs and if anyone knows a bit technically then its also a fact that no catalytic convector can be cleaned as it is a sealed unit which has to be replaced.

Simply these Indian manufacturers are making owners a fool and extort money . In comparison to these silly Indian car manufacturers I would suggest people to purchase Japanese or American cars as they really care for the customers and their cars.Tata should stop extorting money from the customers to make payment for their ailling brands abroad.
