I was very happy in 2007 as I got a spacious car at a very good price, my usage was very less so I chose the petrol variant. Without researching, I purchased this Dabba. My car is only 21000 yet after 7 years due to the dabba behavior of the car which always showed whenever I needed it. Yesterday only mechanic told me that it’s ECM is blown & new one cost rs 18000 & it can be repaired. Each & every single part exterior or interior is extremely cheap to which I have to give it for repair always. If I calculate the amount then I would have bought an i20.
I have met nearly 25-30 different mechanics & everyone had realized me that this is the worst car made by TATA & all TATA cars are very poor in quality. Even if we don’t trust on mechanic it is a question why TATA’s sale is going down & why Maruti & hyundai are breaking all benchmarks of sale.
Also very bad experience which I had faced, i live in north Delhi & you will be shocked to know except 1 or 2 4th class service centre & showroom all dealers had shut there business.
Maruti is no 1, swift is a example on it’s own, Hyundai is also very good in terms of quality, then Toyota.
Never purchase car without researching like I did.
