Thanks for refreshing me about the policies; Customer Care?
In line with your warranty policy, I have given the car repeatedly to solve any problem and the power/speed drop trouble which could have been fatal to me and my family a couple of times over.
I had not asked for a car replacement then. Your warrranty policy would hold no water to save anybodys life and anyway then we would not have been alive to ask for a car replacement or YOUR REPLY.
After paying INR @5 lacs. I shudder to think a similar incident with a INR 1 lac NANO & its customer.
I have trusted TATA & its dealer to resolve the repeated problems. But in this eventuality of my new car damaged to this effect, the pain with the repeated problems; the agony on seeing my new car a wreck and as a customer I would request you once again to consider all and hesitate no further in recommending my case to your respected seniors for a car replacement.
I hope good sense prevails and after all this I be A DELIGHTED CUSTOMER! A new standard in the Indian Auto Industry and a FIRST!
