Bye bye TATA

My visit to book a vista ann: version at a showroom at Kottayam( St Antonies Motors), kerala was awful. I had to walk out the showroom and make a fresh booking with Concorde motors Cochin.

On the very first day with my vehicle itself I got my rear seat lock knob ripped off, and as always even after 7 months haven’t got that fixed as any of the tata service centers at trivandrum or cochin I have visited doesn’t have the spare.

From the very beginning itself whobling could be felt but not by any of the tata ser: techs. It took 6500kms for them to identify the problem that was with the tyre, which I got replaced.

On my 2nd free ser: complained of the ratling sound in the door pad and funny to note that I was charged Rs13/- for a glue, for which I was told that it is a "consumable"

One thing I should admit, have got my rt head lamp set replaced twice during my 7000kms due malfunctioning. None of the roof beadings seems to be aligned and still a haven’t got that fixed. WHAT MORE DOES A CUSTOMER NEED?
