I took the tata indicom broadband connection in 2008 and thats when all the problem started, possibly the
biggest mistake I made in my entire life. I went for the pay 4 moths and 5 months plan. Just before the 5 month expired I gave them a call I do not want to use there service anymore because of there connection speed whih I had suffered from past 5 months. Nobody turned up to pick up the equipment even after one month though they had blocked the internet service.
Meanwhile I got a call saying that the service is blocked because of I have not paid the bill for 5th month. Then I told that they have got it all wrong, I was in pay for 4 month and use for five month plan, so where is the question of paying the 5th month bill. Then they said there database shows that I am not in that plan!!!! Then I told that is thre mistake since if I were not in that plan why the hell i would pay 4 months bill in advance. after that for one month there been lot of call from them and finally they accepted that it was there fault and took there equipment from my house.
Now suddenly after more than a year I get a legal notice saying that I need to pay that 5th month bill which is still due. Now can you believe this how costly can it get for one to get associated with these folks.
I would say if you want to take an internet connection take it from anyone but these guys.
