I took Tata Indicom Broadband for 4 months as Installation charge is waived off but after providing connection took few hours to realize that my decision was wrong,
Took unlimited @ 128 kbps. it is down almost 70% in that 4 months,
Whenever I complain, they say easily you will get downtime currency and they dont bother how much the connectivity is required to the customer at that point.
Once Wiring is disconnected and Many times I call and Informed but whenever I call for Status. they say the Technical team is looking into the Issue in finding out the exact reason for .(they never considered what I raised as Issue)
On the 4th Unsuccessful month, persons coming for the 5th month collection. I called up support, that out of this 4 months tata indicomm provided approx only one month connectivity so continue with the downtime currency, the response wasSir, since its nearing your 4 months validity, requesting to pay the next month bill and we will take care of the downtime currency"
TATA INDICOMM BROADBAND - NO BROADBAND SERVICE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE remaining are fine
