I used tata indicom internet in pain for a long time and finally had to kick off the bullshit. The connection regularly remained unavailable or disconnected and it took them days to restore connectivity each time.
Once internet is down, you log a complaint, - the customer care will even close your complaints without correcting the problem. You keep them calling and they will keep fooling you. This is a story of their everytime. They give you service in 24 hours which they calculate as 8 x 3 each day, which means 3 days to resolve each problem. No support on night, weekends is there, if your net is down on weekend, they will check it on monday.
I finally got pissed off and asked them to remove it. They promised to refund my 1500 in 1 month and even after six months I am waiting for it.
