If you want anything worst, you should go for TATA Indicom Broadband Connection, I have prepaid broaband connection, with 30% uptime.Now lets start with thier QUALITY(they dont understand this word) service:- They only call when there is renewal time.
We use bradband connection for internet but where is connectivity, you just logged complain and followup with them N times, everytime u call they will say give us last chance, but again same thing u have to repeat callin calling calling to Customer Care ("CARE" they dont know this word too)you will waste ur time n money on call to get status of ur logged complain and after one point u will ask for termination they are ready but they wont refund any money to you
In summary recharge with 1350 INRNO SERVICE ..NO CONNECTIVITY for 10 days Logged complain followup 10 Days.call 25 times Ask for termination.They are ready BUT They niether provide service nor refund single paisa
