After I moved to Bangalore(10months back), I was looking for a broadband connection. I checked with AirTel, they said they dont provide the service in my area. Then I spoke to TataIndicom, They verified and gave the connection. It took 20 days for me to get the connection after paying for prepaid internet. Then it was okay for 5 days then problem started coming on daily basis. When we call the customer support(56600121), they will say problem will solved ASAP/24Hrs. Nothing happening. It was never reliable. I got fed of having this. Now It was not working for me for past 20 days(From Aug4), Now also they were telling is it will be ready in 24Hrs.
When we give the complaint, they are closing themselves without asking the customer whether its working or not. When I asked for refund they said its not possible to refund the money.
Now my daily job includes calling TataIndicom customer support and ask them to give the connection.
Unfortunately we are poor customer and listening to what these people say.
Wondering why TATA want to do this kind of BAD business, instead they can close and refund the money and go home

My suggestion: Please ask your friends dont go fir this service. Which is worst ISP in the world
