Worst service - TATAINDICOM Broadband

Hi,


To all those who are planning for a BROADBAND connection from TATAINDICOM , beware that you are in for a total painul experience and god forbid, if you have connectivity problems, you are left to yourself without any help.


The only contact point being the call center to receive a sweet response saying your issue has been long resolved (without solution) and the complaint long closed.


Wherein, none from TATAINDICOM would even have approached you nor would they have corrected the problem.


It’s been 15 days since I lost connectivity and numerous phone calls to the call center and 3 recorded complaints on this issue., with no resolution so far.


Seems like these people have outsourced their backend technical job to a party that is not resonsible enough and recklessly closes the call without resolution.


Better to be having no connectivity by not paying any amount than having no connectivity despite having paid some amount.


This is the worst customer service I have ever faced from a private firm as big as TATA INDICOM.


GOD save all those planning for a TATINDICOM broadband connection.
