My accnt no-904813871, i hav already send a mail regarding ur billing error and requested for a cancellation of my connection.today one person frm ur sales department called me and informed that my 1st month rent will b waived as per the infrmtn told to me at the time of purchase.but my question is not that!...
Wat abt ur calculation of my usage and discount.my usage calculation is, upload at the rate of 1.99rs per MB, download at 1.94rs per MB, altogether it comes to an average of 1.96rs per MB.and my discount is at the rate of 1.48rs per MB.I dint knw that the TATA concern is this much poor at mathematics!......is this the way ur financial advicers planned to cheat ur customers?...
Really disgusting experience for me for having chosen TATA INDICOM for my broadband connection. ONE MORE IMPORTANT STORY OF UR METERING -Since I had a heavy usage in my 1st bill cycle, i reseted my statistical meter provided on the modem on 28-08-09.and till sep 5th, both ur meter and the modem meter were running in parallel and that was around 670 MB.AND I VERY STRONGLY BELIEVE..
That a company who can invent and manufacture a USB modem wont provide a false metering software!.......so, on sep 7th wen I checkd my usage at my accnt, to my shock it was showing 7744 MB.I closed my browser and on sep 9th I recheckd and saw a usage of 10195 MB in my usage accnt!.........do u think all the photon customers r fools?and on the modem statistical meter very brilliantly u hav a word that .....this is an approx meter.where in the word can u find an approx meter showing 2GB to the TATA INDICOM meter showing 10GB?......
DONT U THINK THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF THE YEAR?.....while intoducing this scheme u people knw that this is going to b used mostly by company executives where the bill is paid by the company and they r not going to check this 48 paise cheating in their bills.ur financial advicer might hav taken a long step to plan this!poor fellow!....
But just imagine if all the photon customers recheck all their paid bills!..........that will happen wen this cheating comes to daylight.but I sincerely wish that shudnt happen to a great concern like TATA.if that was the way ur meter calculated my usage, then I strongly b liv that the same faulty metering has hapend in my last bill also!.....i want u to recheck my whole metering frm the date of my activation, and only if I get that amount waived in my future bills.
I am ready to continue as ur customer!....if not just proceed with my cancellation request!since I hav already paid an amount of 10700rs for this cheating, and if my problem is not cleared, i will c to it that u people wont play this game of cheating to any customers hereafter and this details will b forwarded to the concerned sites.since I hav already disconnected ur modem, i wont b checking the mail frequently.so if u hav cleared everything, call me on this no-9381019860.thanking u. Dear Sir, once again I wud realy love to inform u abt my photon plus metering.as I hav informed u earlier, i hav disconnected and uninstalled my photon modem on 09-09-09.then the internet usage in accnt showed 10195 MB.here comes the comic part of it!!!!!today just for curiosity, wen I checkd my usage frm another netconnection.......its 11598MB......til 16-09-09.ha....ha....ha.....where in the world can I find such a fantastic metering other than tataindicom?????????????which wud keep on running even wen the modem is uninstalled????????........this is the best joke I hav ever seen in my life time and I realy love to share this wid all the tataindicom customers.let them also recheck their all paid bills and see this fantastic meter for the 1st time in their lifetime.......
