I have always been a huge fan of Tata and beleived in the brand. However, my experience with Tata Indicom has been really frustrarting.
Since the monsoons I am facing severe problems in connectivity and have been hardly been able to use the internet for only 10% of the time. Matters get worse when you call the customer service where they say that the complaint has been lodged but there has been no resolution.
As working executives in a city like Mumbai where a person reaches home only at 9.00 in the night. The technical team works only from 9 - 6. Once I actually took a half day to resolve the internet connectivity but the person didnt turn up!
Yesterday also the customer service representatives were supposed to come to check the internet connection in my house and did not turn up after confirming twice and after which they stopped attending my calls.
To make matters worse the call center execs were supposed to return my call which also they did not do. Since its a prepaid account, the company has no respect for its customers time and money.
I am truly disappointed with the product, complaint resolution( both backend and front end) and I would like a full refund of my money!
