Wrong bill and no response from customer care

I received incorrect bill from tata docomo. (Ac no : 916691760)


The customer care number on the website (180026611**) doesn’t  work. They said its some corporate helpline.


They asked me to call on another number 180026630**. The call was always going to Maharashtra circle even though I am calling from Bangalore.


After so many trials I got the customer care. But they said they cant register any complaint and I have to mail to their customer care mail ID.


These guys are really pathetic. I am forced to take their service only because I dont have any other connection in my area & I am not getting proper 3g dongle range.


Keep away from these guys.
