Tata Indicom Broadband is by far the WORST broadband connections any one could ever take !
I am from Bangalore, and use its 512kbps internet connection in my office. I am an unfortunate customer of this useless broadband service since May 2004, and have as until today given over 140 complaints... an average of 4 compalaints a month... and have hardly seen a month go by where I have not give any complaint !
Most of the time their connections are down ! And on many occasions, they close the complaints even without checking with us if the problem is resolved !
At one occasion, they even changed the Customer Support telephone numbers... and there was no information on their telephone lines nor any detail on their website...
Further, i’m pretty sure, that on atleast two/three occassions they have billed me more that what I had used ! But, well... nothing can just be done about that !
Finally today i’ve decided to just call it quits with this useless service provider !
Most useless service. Please dont ever go for this Tata Indicom Broadband. Yours... Soothsayer !
