I would blindly recommend you to take this connection not because of it being the best but, it is a simple case of choosing the lesser worse product in the market. though this ISP has a few positive points it still has a long way to go before it gets a thumbs up from me at least.
The problem starts from the day you apply till the connection is done you are always a ping pong ball between the marketing team and the guys who will actually come and install it for you, blaming each other for their incompetence.
Once that is finally done your connection as I have mentioned will be good till you cable guys router gets burnt switched off and numerous other reasons till he disrupts it. So the ISP can’t actually be blamed for it.
The service is really tested when you call their call centre regarding downtime and thats it where the ISP failed me completely. it took them some good two weeks to handle and not yet solve my problem where as they promise it to be done in 48 hrs.
