Bidding tata for TATA !

Finally am breathing calm! Wat a relief!


An all time torture comes to an end!


I HAD DISCONNECTED MY TATA VSNL BROADBAND ACCOUNT!


15 days of torture, 15 days of making calls, 15 days of frustrating experience of running all the way to their office in whitefield, bangalore and repeating the same complaint again n again only to be answered irresponsibly and dont care attitude by their customer service executives .


The horrible experience of calling everyday to find out wats the status of the complaint, only to be said the stereotype answer of " we are escalating your complain on high priority sir " - I wonder what they wer taught the meaning of it . No action taken, No response. I was left clueless for 15 days . Wen I kept pressing tat I needed to talk to their manager, I was put on a voice who addressed as manager . I repeated again the same history of complaint, which I hav byhearted very well now . They promise to revert back in 1 hour jus to disappear!


Each time, u call they answer promptly tat the problem wud be solved in 10 hrs but the 10 hrs never came! At last, frustrated to the core now I have disconnected the service . Hats off to my own decission . I think its the best decission I have taken in a while now. I hope VSNL realises, they are not a monopoly to take customers for granted.


I hope they realises, the customers are not beggers to keep pleadign to get their problem solved. Let them not treat the customers as King but not atleast make them feel beggers.
