Recently I shifted my location from Mumbai to Pune and thereafter I requested for the shift of my broadband connection to Pune. I
was told that my address and connection feasibility at the address is okay however unless I renew the account. Request for shift of connection can’t be processed. After renewal, in 2-3 days connection will be in place.
I renewed the connection as per the instructions of Pune office in mid April 2009. There after, upon lot of follow-up, I got the new connection in place after one month from the date of renewal.
Thus I have lost one month validity due to delay in providing shift of connection, which is not compensated yet to date upon several requests. Unfortunately I have to continue with this service provider since I have some balance available in my account. I request all to think twice before going to avail service for Tata indicom.
