We had its connection 2 months back and were not able to use it for more then 20 days.
We paid 3500 for 4 months in adv.All of this money seems wasted.connection was for unlimited uses of data but we are not even able to use limited data :) . when ever you give a call to the customer care center, they will say "by tomm it will be done for sure sir, i take this responsibility, we had given you call last eve".They are just pretending themselves.

This is the worst service I have seen.
I would like to suggest no body to use its service.
I can’t understand how any of tata product can be so much poor.
Prefer Airtel or better us ecyber cafe rather then using tata indicom.now what to write more then this.
