I am one of the sufferers of broadband connection. BIGGEST JOKE IS THAT INSPITE OF MY CONNECTION HAVING SHIFTED TO A NEW ADDRESS BY THE CO. THEMSELVES TO A NEW ADDRESS, THEY VISIT MY OLD PLACE.
Service and support is lousy. They installed the connection at my new place after 17 days and told me that they would give me 15 days grace. But then, I came to know that they have given only 3 days.
At my new place, the WAN link is NEVER STABLE. Link breaks atleast 3-4 times in 1 hour and is down for 10 minutes at a stretch.
AND ONE MORE THING, NEVER CHARGE ONLINE....WITH ME, THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWED 2 ENTRIES OF RECHARGE (AS I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CONNECTION WHILE RECHARGING) AND I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ONE RECHARGE BENEFIT ONLY. AFTER HAVING CALLED THEM, THE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY, THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE SENT 2 PAYMENTS TO VSNL....AND SINCE THEN, I AM LOST....
