Pathetic Experience with Tata Indicom Broadband...

I am the subscriber of Tata Indicom Broadband from pune. I have alreadyraised several issues which have been closed automatically from their end or byengineer without visiting into my house. How come they assume internet isworking fine at customer end and closes the ticket from their end. I ampointing out some critical flaws in Tata Indicom broadband service. They are


1) Firstthing ticket will remain open until customer will satisfied from the engineerwork.


2) Secondwhen the ticket was opened by customer at least visit the customer site with in24 hrs.


3) For engineer don’t think from your side thatinternet is working fine at customer side.


I have already raised hell lot of issue through customercare but I think they are falling into the deaf ears. Resolution of the problemis far away they are not even calling us to check whether the problem getresolved or not. I am paying 1100 per month to get stable connection, but whatI am getting is more than 24 hrs. downtime from tata indicom broadband. Is thiskind of service I am expecting from tata indicom? If yes then I am counting dayby day when this account will expire I will switch to sify or airtel broadband.I am completely fed up with this bull connection.


The engineers they arethinking like they are the boss, nobody is going to touch him. They will do whateverthey like. Yesterday I called one person named Vikas, he told me that he willbe sending one engineer to my home. 24 hours gone nobody is here till now. NowI have change my mind completely I will give up this connection by 28 Septemberand will switch to airtel or sify. If by any means I will get refund of mymoney from tata indicom for rest of the month tell me so that I can apply fornew connection right now.


Note: Again I am using my dialup mobile connection to write this review. Shame on broadband service provider.
