I have made lots of complaints to their customer service numbers and their nodal officer emails. Every response from them is useless and insensitive. First they take 4 days to fix connectivity issue and they give big excuses like transformer fell on the line and so on.
After a month of many such long term dis-connectivity they actually charge me the entire months and pretend as though they provided me constant service. Their agents constantly reject any dis-connectivity issue when we ask our bill to be deducted (they say it is all automated). Meanwhile long term dis-connectivity has now morphed into constant interruption and erratic access. I admit I have stuck with tata because for 5 years I had only less than 2 days of disconnection max. But now that other providers like BSNL, Airtel and Reliance has doubled their bandwidth.
I see no reason paying twice for the cunning service provided by the tata management in cochin.
