Hopeless Service By Tata Indicom Broadband

I have Tata Indicom Broadband Services at my place.first of all they dont have suitable packages for post paid broadband services.


Its very expensive but I dont have alternative because in Balewadi pune area in our society there was no other net service provider.


every time the send bill and we are always ready to pay intime.


first problem is - no convenient droppboxes for cheques.


then if you drop cheque no body picks it up from there.


no cheque pickup service.


disconnect services immediately on due date with out checking whether I have paid or not.


when I call their call center then I face most hopeless, mindless and brainless people sitting to talk to me. these parrots dont know anythings and do not understand any language English marathi or hindi. they are so dumb that they ask same questions again and again.


this company has not sincronized their billing department with department who disconnects services. the person on technical desk told me to change my laptop just his broadband is not working on my laptop and that too due to their fault. thats surprising.


its more than 15 days I have paid but they dont have any record about my cheque and every time either I call them I they call me they ask me cheque no. , log in, email id, alternet contact no. bank name , branch, placeof cheque drop, etc etc im fadeup with their repetated questions.


so now I have decided to change the service provider.


I have equally bad experience with Relience Broadband.


some one tell Ratan Tata about this mess and tell him to withdraw his name from this substandard quality company.
