- The number what they print on the bill for customer care is not the customer care number
for broadband, they will give you other number & then the other number will give you other number, and after 6 to 7 numbers you finally get the right number.
Eventually when you connect to call center, call get disconnects automatically
Now if you connect to the customer care executive and if they dont like what you are saying, they will interrupt you and will not hesitate to disconnect it.
4. They will keep on promising you to resolve the problem but it wont happen and one of them will tell you that your problem was resolved yesterday only but line is not clear. So when you ask them why other executives were telling that issue is yet to be sorted out, they will say if you dont believe in me I cant do anything about it. Then again you call them coz problem is still there and they say that we have already given you a resolution date and it will get sorted out before that.
- Their line also keeps on dropping every now and then and you just have to wait until its starts again but the worst thing is their customer support which is not at all a support but more and more pathetic experience.
So in all, its a worst connection and customer care with shoulder to shoulder competition with Reliance and Airtel.
