I have been a consumer of Tata DoCoMos broadband service at home for the last 18 months. The service has been poor and the billing has been erratic and on more than one occasion, I have been over charged.
But, most recently, I had asked for a change in plan to a fixed fee monthly plan from a variable plan. And have just found that they have charged me Rs 10, 000 for the month for additional usage on 4 days.
Seems outrageous that my attempt to move to a fixed fee plan to create certainty on charges has resulted in such a high fee.
I have repeatedly called the customer service and they just dont seem to understand that their approach is seriously flawed.
