Even before I took the Tata Indicom connection, I knew about
the bad service of Tata Indicom from so many bad reviews about Tata Indicom
connection. But I was not having any choice, in our apartment; builder
did not allowed any other service provider. So I have to go for TATA
Indicom. First getting the connection itself took so many days. Tata
Indicom service before and after connection is worst than even govt. service
department. One has to move from one person to another to get the things going
with Tata Indicom.
Regarding Billing every month I got the wrong billing and I was even charged
for the internal intercom calls in our apartment which they told that will be
free at the time of connection. There speed of internet is very slow and once
in every week, internet will be down. So six month of very bad experience I
decide to disconnect Tata Indicom. For disconnection, I needed to call so many
times and then they did not pick up the devices from my place even after
calling so many times.
To my shock, its now 3months I disconnected my Tata Indicom, but still I am
getting Tata Indicom bills and when I wrote the mail to customer care of Tata
Indicom, they are saying it does not come under their department. Now I have to
move from one department to another for clearing my bills. I am planning to go
to customer care for resolving this.
A strong request to the people who want to go my new Tata Indicom connection,
please do check with someone who is using their services and then go for them
if you are satisfied.
