Do not opt TATA if you are residing in Trivandrum. They have the worst technicians here. For solving any of the net complaint they will always do the basic trouble shooting like, temp deletion, cookies deletion etc etc. They dnt know anything beyond that.
One more experience am having is they will close your compliant request without solving or with your permission and will never look back in to it, we may need to lodge fresh one after tat. If any of TATA;s members is seeing this thread .. then please have a look at four fingers which is folded in my hand
