I have been using the service for 5 years now, the connection is a prepaid account and used to recharge once in 3 months. The connectivity had issues earlier but now to some extent it has been resolved but still you wouldnt have connection for 3 -4 days in a month for which the company wouldnt provide you grace periods.
Moreover you need to track your billing and services which you would end up paying which you have not registered or activated. Customer service is really pathetic which they would ask to send you mails for which you would get standard reply all times and one ID - appellate. authority which is inactive ID which the mails get bounced always. Planning to discontinue and go for better services.
