What to say, where to start there is a lot, but never never go for tata indicom. They change the logs for the usage even when I didn’t have the connection for two weeks. Best thing is I have a download of more than 1.5 GB in one single day, with 0MB of uploads on the same day. this is the height of cheating. even the TCP header it self would be more than 100 mb for the download of 1.5 gb. That too when I have no internet connection at all.
ultimately I went to their office and handed over the Router and took the acknowledgement from them for the refunds, it was two months back but still I haven’t received any amount, when I called up I was told that since you have opted for temprorary disconnection so we will start resuming the normal billing of 2400 PM after three months. Don’t we have any regulatory body which would take these types of cases and punish them for their misdeeds. I want that billing to be started again so that I can drag them to consumer court for compensation for mental tension I have been thru.
