Pathetic Customer Service

Tata Indicom Broadband is one of the worst services that I ever had in my life.


Just pure cheats. The speed is excellent, as long as it works.


Unfortuneately it hardly works.


Within a week of my taking the connection, the wire across the road got cut due to the rains. I raised a complaint, and within a couple of days, since there was no action taken, and I could see the wire dangling outside I checked up with the CS again. They have closed the case as PROBLEM solved. When checking the details, I found out that they have corrected one more different wire and closed my case. Again raised one more ticket, but for a week, no rectification at all, even though I would call up everyday.


Finally when I told that I will cancel the service, if not rectified, ONLY then they got the issue resolved.


When asked , what good they will do for the number of days of no service, they said that they will adjust in the next bill.


But in the next bill there was no deduction at all. Just for the name sake they say all this.


THis problem is not just for me , it has been faced by many of my friends in office. None of them have a good connection and the connection keeps getting disconnected and no refunds also..


Clearly one of the worst services. Even afer emailing the customer service and marking a copy to the Corp Help desk, these was no improvement in the service, nor any emails.


Never should go for this IP Broadband connection.
