Iam using TATA brodband for around 15 months. I must admit that initially I had faced all sorts of trouble regarding stable connection and poor customer care with waiting time of more than 15 min, but hey all that is the thing of the past.
Now iam enjoying absolutely stable connection. It has hardly troubled me 3-4 times in last 10 months and that problem has also been solved in 3-4 working hours.
And above all now iam getting the speed upto 2 Mbbs ! Wow. It rocks. Downloads 1 mb in 4 sec. I would like to recommend to all that go for it enjoy the difference.
If you compare this with Airtel than obviously Airtel is more reliable but it is expensive and that too with less speed, while on the other hand MTNL has also improved a lot offering good speed and its quite cheap. For everybody’s information iam staying in Delhi near Preet Vihar.
