Some customer service this...

On 18.01.2009 I called up prepaid customer care at 7 pm sharp.Someone received my call but did not talk for nearly 9 minutes and 35 seconds.I could hear some kind of celebrations going on and names of Vishal, Vinod, and Gaikwad were being shouted.A party celebration.After that someone realised my call was on and immediately disconnected.When I dialled customer care again I spoke to one Mr.Vinayak who was not helpful.I wanted to talk to the Senior Supervisor.He took 15 minutes of persuasion and than allowed me to speak to one Mr.Naresh Gangwani, who told me that he is a supervisor.I am not satisfied with the service provided by companys customer care.Every time I call customer care I am supposed to give my name and residential address and because of this the company is putting me at a public exposure risk by asking me my residential address(irrespective of them to know whether I am in a railway train or a crowded bus or a restaurant) and letting the whole world know where I stay.All this in the name of Account security.Stop it.I also demand disciplinary action against Vishal, Vinod, Gaikwad, Vinayak for deleriction of duty and causing inconvenience to customer.*
