Got my Tata mobile last October and for that moment the misery of life started . At the time of connection I was told to submit 999 rs. which they will deduct from the first bill , which never happened.
Forget the deduction, I never got the bills for first 2 months. And suddenly a bill of rs. 1500 come to me. I then requested the tata indicom service centre for bill details of the first 2 months, they told me to contact call centre.
I did the same and requested for the bill , which they agreed to send and till date I didnt got that. More over they stopped my outgoings without any prior notice , I again contacted the call centre but to no avail. Then after sometime my incomings were also barred. Since then my cell is show piece at home.
I forgot to tell you that my phone worked for 2 months and 4 days for which I have paid 2000 rs ( approx) of bill. And they are showing current bill of 4000 rs. for the services which I never availed. They are sending me bills for the dead phone.
NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO DO TATA TO TATA INDICOM .
Request : do think before taking Tatas connection.
