Indicom Customer Care Never Cares.

I’m Writing this with agony as it had become a pain in the neck to call Tata Indicom to get me put on hold for not less than 15 min while the agent transfers to their ’’supervisor’’


The melancholy of my part is that I had taken a tata indiacom fixed wireless connection.


Firstly last month I got excessive bill ( after misbillig) .. I was told that the bill will be compensated in the current month..


But to my despait .. I got a Bill which says that I had done 2600 SMS !!! with the SMS charge scalling RS 3600/- .


Initially I thought TATA indicom seems to be fine .. but when I call those folks I really repent for going in for a service worse than BSNL !!!


Talking to the Call center agents is another pain in the neck as those folks don’t keep the system updated and I got to tell all my melancholy every time I call the CAll center !!.


If some one were to opt for TATA Indicom .. BEWARE OF THE BILLS !!!
