Owner of an IT Enterprise called Friendz Corps, we are using Tata Tele Services for the past 2 and half years with same network related issue. You people cant believe that we operate our all Tata phone only for six months a year, left six months in network disconnect mode. Just for 100 times we have raised complaint & they use to revert back with temporary solutions.
This time after they joined with Docomo, it has been became a miracle to find any Nodal officer or costumer care number to connect. If complained through online, then very next couple of days we will receive a mail asking for feedback & intimating that the "complaint has been closed & hope you are satisfied!!".
We are just fed up with this bloody network & going to cancel all the TATA connections our company have, with out any pain of loosing valuable Clients, because this pain is very low when compared the one we face for contacting them. Again we will fight legally too.
Finally, I wish & request TRAI to provide a facility where we can migrate (Portability) fixed line also similar to mobile connections.
