Since the purchase of Tata Indicom Walky (Punjab), I have been able to browse the free internet connection only once in two months. The reasons, poor browsing speed, connection breaking after one minute and what more to say. The customer care saying ’’ Server is down ..... May take time , Possible 10-15 days but not sure.
I suggest that rather than advertising ’’ Free Internet Connection for four months ’’ during the launch of Tata Indicom Walky in Punjab Circle the company would have preffered saying ’’free internet connection during the trial run ’’ so that buyers like me donot feel cheated for shelling out money and just getting a telephone connection for Rs. 1800..
Sorry to say , I feel really cheated for company taking up money for (Internet + Phone ) and then passing only the mobile Walky during the commitment period of providing free internet for four months.
